CouncilWatch- Bill 2 submit testimony
You can now submit both written and verbal testimony virtually. Written testimony can be submitted online here and individuals can submit one minute verbal testimony via Webex by following these instructions:
1. Visit www.webex.com and click “Join”
2. Enter meeting number 1465364789,, and complete the registration process.
3. Registrants will receive an email that contains links and information on joining the meeting by either phone or video conference. Remote testifiers are strongly encouraged to register at least 24 hours before the start of the meeting.

I am reaching out in strong support of Bill 2 (2020) Relating to Off-street Parking and Loading. This is a critical planning and transportation measure that will modernize the City & County of Honolulu’s parking requirements. It will create more flexibility and options for Honolulu residents and developers, and will help Honolulu reach our climate goals, reorient our community around people, and reduce the costs of development and the costs of housing. We can no longer delay action on the climate crisis to make our economy and communities more resilient to natural disasters.
